uSWAP Registration

Use this form to create a user account for uSWAP!

After filling this in, you will need to activate your account using your welcome email. For this reason, it is imperative that you enter the right email address!

Enter Account Details

First, enter your uSWAP Username, Password and Password Confirmation. These details will be used to log you into uswap in the future.

You must ensure your username is unique.

Username: (Valid characters: A-Z, a-z and 0-9. Must be between 6 and 15 characters long. No spaces are allowed.)

Example Username: meet74passenger

Password: (Must be between 6 and 15 characters long. No spaces are allowed.)

Password Confirmation: (Must be the same as above password. No spaces are allowed.)

Example Password: want1weigh
